Paul Coppens is a Belgian artist born in Brussels in 1957. Since his early childhood, graphical art has been part of his life. Very young, he started to draw, to make black&white photography and was involved in stage design. He was also passionate by nature and decided to undergo veterinary studies. He became one of the first European specialists in veterinary anaesthesia, in which he has contributed with his creative mind. He has never stopped to perform art and is working today as a professional artist. People and music are an everyday source of inspiration. He captures atmospheres that he translates in his artwork with a strong graphism. His work was exhibited in Austria, Bangladesh, Spain and Switzerland.
